Sunday Favourites

February 11, 2018

A valentine's themed Sunday favourites! Link love is filled with healthier dessert ideas, and things I'm loving has some romance-appropriate items (one adult-only so watch for that). I'm not big on celebrating this non-holiday but I make some kind of chocolate treat for Graham and he makes me a card every year. Last year I made Traci's chocolate shortbread cookies and they're great.

Later this week I'll be sharing a fun lunch recipe, some citrus-y pancakes, a burger recipe from a new cookbook, and more. The recipe links this time around are also valentine's themed (sort of) with all chocolate!

Link love:

Rose cardamom infused hot chocolate • very fancy & romantic!

Vegan chocolate orange cake • all the recipes from The First Mess are awesome but you know I love a good chocolate and orange combo! These little cakes are gluten free too.

Salted dark chocolate tart • super simple and a little elegant.

Easy vegan sugar cookies • a standard valentine's treat but made with spelt & almond flour (no food colouring!)

Vegan peanut butter mousse jelly tart • another tart, I know, but PB&J is my jam, and this recipe is so wholesome.

Things I'm loving:

My favourite organic chocolate bar when I lived in Canada.

And my favourite raw chocolate here in Germany!

A rechargeable, eco-friendly vibrator because every woman should have one- for your health! This brand is great.

Chocolate recipes:

Chocolate Banana Babka - this is also the second most popular recipe ever on the blog, for good reason!

Chocolate Orange Chia Parfait

Chocolate Truffles with Ginger, Orange, and Pomegranate

Chocolate Beet Muffins

Thanks for reading! If you make any of the recipes, please tag me on instagram @occasionallyeggs and #occasionallyeggs so I can see what you're making, or stay in touch via Facebook, pinterest, and Bloglovin. I'll be back tomorrow with a fun lunch recipe.
