Hi! Here’s the seventh edition of Sunday favourites (I missed last week) with the recipes that inspired me this week and some dinner ideas for the next few days. With Easter coming up I’ll be sharing at least one spring-inspired recipe for your Easter or Passover table this coming week – I meant to share last week but ended up reshooting. There’ll also be some super healthy gluten-free brownies, a new pasta dish, and more.
Turmeric and Honey Immune Boosting Winter Drink • a brand spanking new blog from a friend, and a gorgeous drink recipe to pull through the last bit of cold weather. Check this out just for the beautiful photography (the recipe looks great too)!
Quick Carrot Celeriac Spiralized Salad • super fresh but still in season, and even though I don’t have a spiralizer I think this would be just as delicious with shredded veggies.
Mock “Crab” Cakes • did I eat crab cakes before going veg? Well, no, but these look so good! Made with artichokes to achieve a similar texture.
Spinach Dumplings • I’m planning on making a more whole-foods version of these for my Omi in the near future.
Lentil Crust Pizza • um, YES, more lentils over here! Lentil pizza dough, who’d’ve thought?!
My friend Caro wrote an article about the products she liked from Biofach, an annual organic food fair in Germany. If you live in Germany or another European country, this is well worth the read to find some new and upcoming organic and vegan products on the market. My faves are Harvest Moon and Licorne.
