Wellness Coaching

I'm happy to say that I'm now offering wellness coaching here at Occasionally Eggs!

Wellness coaching to me is less about a number on a scale and more about feeling healthy, positive, and comfortable in your own skin. You can sign up for a course with just a physical transformation in mind, but I promise it'll end up being more than just your body that changes! If you feel like you need some extra help on your journey to better health, that's where I can help. My role is to be your guide and to help you determine what works for you on a personal level, through better nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. I'm here to do the research and planning for you.

I'll help you to figure out what you can do to become a healthier, happier you through more than just food - my plans include yoga, meditation, relaxation tips, mindfulness, and other exercises and small daily changes that have big results. Many factors are involved in your health journey and I'm here to get to the root of what's causing your symptoms like weight fluctuation, breakouts and flareups, and cravings.

I will never tell you to eat less, just how to eat better! This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I'm a certified yoga instructor so practicing yoga is part of the program. Sometimes this will be links to free online classes (from trusted instructors), and sometimes it will be custom classes based on a personal issue or request.

As a client, you will:
• Increase your confidence both physically and mentally
• Achieve your fitness and weight goals in an empowering way
• Improve your energy levels
• Reduce your headaches and other aches and pains
• Learn about vegetarian food and nutrition, and how to incorporate it healthfully into your life
• Become calmer and more mindful
• Feel great about yourself!

There are 3 and 6 month programs available.

$250 US/month for adults
$150 US/month for teens

I offer a free preliminary Skype consultation session for those interested.

The teen program is not about weight loss, but for teens who are interested in learning about plant based nutrition and health. This plan helps teenagers understand what, why, and when they should eat to improve their skin, mood, and overall wellness.

All plans include:
• Personalized meal and exercise plans tailored to your life and schedule
• Two hour-long Skype sessions per month to see where you're at
• Unlimited email support
• Daily meal guidelines including snacks
• Easy to understand infographics and links to increase your knowledge of nutrition and wellbeing
• Daily exercise plans, primarily yoga
• Guided relaxation recordings for those of you who may need a little extra boost to unwind
• My personal, committed support to your health and success on this journey

To participate in the programs, you must be:
• Vegetarian or willing to maintain a vegetarian, primarily vegan, diet
• Over 18 years of age or with parental permission
• Willing to practice yoga and exercise daily
• Willing and able to work hard to achieve the results you want - you have to commit! That means truly engaging in your plan and embracing yourself as you move forward.
