After a crazy few weeks over here – wedding, moving, piles of work – I’m back in the groove with getting new material and recipes ready for this space. It’s an inspiring time of year now that everything is coming back to life and I’m feeling calm and productive again now after a stressful period. Fingers crossed the bees are as profuse as the blossoms are at the moment (just look at those apple blossoms!) and we’ll have piles of local produce this year after a thin autumn last year due to a late frost.
Now that May is around the corner, we’re talking rhubarb, strawberries, asparagus, and lots of greens.
