Olive oil Onion Garlic Ginger Sea salt Black pepper Cumin Cinnamon Turmeric Cardamom Cayenne pepper Pumpkin Apple cider vinegar Coconut milk Water Chickpeas Greens

Make the base

Cook the onions, garlic, and ginger, and heat the spice mixture.

Add pumpkin

Stir in the pumpkin pieces to coat in the spices.

Add liquids

Stir in the coconut milk and water and bring to a low boil.

Cook
