Chocolate Puffed Quinoa Bars

Sugar free (date sweetened) and vegan puffed quinoa bars made with raw cacao and nut butter. A nice no-bake snack!

CINNAMON

PUFFED QUINOA

NUT BUTTER

VEGAN MILK

Press the mixture into a square tin and freeze

Add milk, cacao, cinnamon, and salt, blend again

Blend the dates and nut butter into a paste

Add the date mixture to quinoa puffs and mix

Cut into squares and serve

Mix with puffed quinoa

Use your hands (dampen as needed) to press the mixture into a parchment lined tin, then freeze for 30 minutes.

Use a sharp knife to cut the frozen bars into about 16 squares
