PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
WITH COCONUT FLOUR & SWEETENED WITH MAPLE SYRUP
INGREDIENTS
Coconut flour
Olive oil
Peanut butter
Maple syrup
Milk
Salt
1. PREHEAT THE OVEN
2. MIX WET INGREDIENTS
3. ADD COCONUT FLOUR
4. ROLL, PRESS, BAKE
180C (350F) and line a baking sheet.
Stirring until smooth and incorporated.
Stir for a full 30 seconds to thicken.
Make a crosshatch pattern and bake.
5. CHOCOLATE DIP
Dip the cooled cookies in chocolate.
MIX PEANUT BUTTER
With the milk, oil, maple syrup, & vanilla until very smooth.
ADD THE
FLOUR
Stir until thickened into a rollable texture.
CROSSHATCH
Roll the dough into balls, then use a fork to press a crosshatch pattern.
BAKE
CHOCOLATE DIP
Dip the cooled cookies in dark chocolate.
