Vegan spelt banana bread, made with whole grain spelt flour, ripe bananas, and flexible add-ins so you can make it how you like most.
1. MASH THE BANANAS
2. MIX WET INGREDIENTS
3. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS
Mash in a large mixing bowl with a fork.
Add milk and olive oil and whisk to combine.
Mix in spelt flour and other dry ingredients.
Bake 45 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool, slice and serve. This stores well.
Blend the wet ingredients if you don't like banana bits.
Add dry ingredients and add-ins and gently mix to fully combine.
