SPELT PRETZELS

MADE WITH 100% SPELT FLOUR

INGREDIENTS

1. MIX WET INGREDIENTS

2. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS

3. KNEAD AND SHAPE

4. BOIL

Whisk yeast, water, honey, and oil.

Add flour and salt, mixing until combined.

Knead 5 minutes, then shape pretzels.

Boil with baking soda for 15-20 seconds.

5. BAKE

Top with salt and bake.

MIX THE DOUGH

It'll be shaggy and look too dry - it isn't.
