INGREDIENTS

1. HEAT THE MILK

2. MIX THE CHOCOLATE

3. ADD FLAVOURINGS

4. CHILL

Heat the coconut cream until simmering.

Add the cream to the chocolate and whisk.

Whisk in the vanilla, ginger, and orange.

Chill the ganache overnight.

5. ROLL AND SERVE

Roll the truffles, coat in cocoa, and serve.

MIX MILK & CHOCOLATE

Add the hot milk to the chocolate and rest before whisking.

ADD THE

FLAVOURS

Whisk in the orange zest, ginger, and vanilla.

CHILL & ROLL

After chilling, roll into small balls and coat in cocoa powder.
