100grams/ 1 cup rolled oats
30grams/ 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2tablespoonscacao powder
2tablespoonshemp hearts
2tablespoonschia
2tablespoonssunflower seeds
½teaspooncinnamon
250ml/ 1 cup nondairy milk
125grams/ 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1tablespoonmaple syrup or honeyoptional
Instructions
Mix the oats, coconut, cacao, seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in the milk, yogurt, and maple syrup until fully mixed, then cover and place in the refrigerator. Let the mixture sit overnight, or for a minimum of four hours. Serve with extra seeds and yogurt, and a square of dark chocolate.
