Vegan strawberry milk is a fun and simple way to use spring berries, perfect for both kids & adults. This is a healthy version, sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients
3cupsplant milk
500gramsstrawberriesabout 1 1/2 cups pureed
1tablespoonraw honey or maple syrupoptional
¼teaspoonvanilla powder
Tiny pinch salt*
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined. Taste for sweetness and add more if necessary. Serve cold. It will last about a week in the fridge.
Notes
• The salt will just help to enhance the flavours of the fruit. I'm talking a teeny tiny little pinch.
