This four ingredient vegan banana date milkshake uses cashew milk and frozen bananas for an ultra creamy, luxurious shake without any dairy.

Ingredients
2cupsnut milk*
2frozen bananas
2-3soft medjool dates
½teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Optional: freshly grated nutmeg for topping*
Instructions
Toss everything into your blender and blend until smooth. I used a magic bullet and it didn't quite liquidize the dates, but it was still good. Drink it cold! You can keep it in the fridge for a day and just shake it before drinking.
Notes
1. I used a mix of cashew and almond, but it's extra tasty with 100% cashew milk.
2. The nutmeg just makes everything better. Fresh is always best, especially for spices! I got nutmeg in the shell and love it. I did crack a fingernail trying to open the shell though.
