Easy and healthy cranberry tea, made with ginger, orange, and fresh cranberries. This beautiful tea is great all winter long, with some much needed colour!

Servings 1litre / 4 cups
Ingredients
4cupswater
1cupfresh or frozen cranberries
60ml / 1/4 cuporange juice (from 2-3 oranges)
Orange peelsfrom juicing oranges
2thumbs fresh gingercut into 1 cm pieces
20grams / 1/4 cupdried rose hips(optional)
60 ml / 1/4 cuphoney or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, combine the water, cranberries, orange juice, orange peels, ginger, and rose hips (if using).
Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir in the honey or maple syrup, then turn the heat off and let it steep for a further 10 minutes. Strain and serve hot or cold.
