Almond milk is easy, cheap, and quick to make at home, without any plastic cartons! Soak the almonds overnight, blend the next day, and done.

Instructions
Add the soaked almonds and water to a blender and mix on high speed until smooth and creamy looking.

Once blended, pour the milk into a bowl, straining through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Squeeze as much of the milk out as possible.
Pour the milk into a sterilised bottle or other container and refrigerate for up to one week.
