seedless orange

coconut milk*

hemp hearts

soft dates

Instructions
Add the orange, coconut milk, hemp, dates(s), cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender. Mix on high speed until smooth, and serve at room temperature.

Notes
* Use coconut milk from a carton if you have it - otherwise use 1-2 tablespoons of the cream mixed with the watery part from canned.
