Add the nectarines, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender or blending container. Mix until smooth.
3-4 ripe nectarines, 200 grams unsweetened yogurt*, 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Add milk to thin to your desired consistency. This will depend on the thickness of the yogurt, so start with a little and work your way up.
Non-dairy milk
Once the smoothie is mixed, serve immediately.

* Choose a type that isn't too strong in flavour, and avoid Greek-style here as it will overwhelm the nectarines.• Use chilled ingredients to ensure the smoothie is cold. You can blend in some ice if it's not cold enough for you.
