Instructions
Add the honey and lemon juice to a heat-proof container and mix to combine. Whisk in the hot water until the honey is completely dissolved.

Juice 1 lemon,
50 ml hot water
Top with the cold water and pour the lemonade into a glass. Add a handful of ice to cool it fully and serve immediately.
