Pink Power Watermelon Smoothie Juice

This raw vegan watermelon smoothie is a bit of a mix between a smoothie and a juice because of all the water in the melon, but mixed with lime, strawberries, and raspberries, it's the best summery drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of a large watermelon chopped (about 7 cups) fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or other liquid sweetener optional

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into to a blender and mix for a couple of minutes, or until very smooth. Serve cold. It's best fresh, but will keep in the fridge for a few days.
