This raw vegan watermelon smoothie is a bit of a mix between a smoothie and a juice because of all the water in the melon, but mixed with lime, strawberries, and raspberries, it's the best summery drink.
1/4of a large watermelonchopped (about 7 cups) fresh or frozen
Juice of 3 limes
1tablespoonraw honey or other liquid sweeteneroptional
Throw everything into to a blender and mix for a couple of minutes, or until very smooth. Serve cold. It's best fresh, but will keep in the fridge for a few days.
