½cupcooked green lentilsor lentil sprouts
½cucumberdiced
1bell pepperdiced
¼cupfrozen corn
1clovegarlicminced
Dressing
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1teaspoonmaple syrup
1teaspoonDijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
