ripe avocado
about 270 grams

overripe bananas
peeled, sliced, and frozen
250
ml (1 cup)
non-dairy milk

grams (⅓ cup)
coconut yogurt
½
pod
vanilla
scraped (or ¼ teaspoon powder / 1 teaspoon extract)

teaspoon
honey

Instructions
Add the avocado, frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey (if using) to a blender or tall mixing container (for an immersion blender).
1 large ripe avocado,
2 overripe bananas,
250 ml (1 cup) non-dairy milk,
90 grams (⅓ cup) coconut yogurt,
½ pod vanilla,
½ teaspoon honey
Blend on high speed until fully mixed and very smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers don't keep well as the fruit oxidizes.
