Scoop the seeds out of the cantaloupe, then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Alternatively cut into slices and then peel.
½ medium ripe cantaloupe
Add the cantaloupe, yogurt, hemp hearts, and vanilla to a blender. Blend on high speed until very smooth. Add a splash of water or milk if needed to thin (this will depend on the liquid in the melon). Taste and add honey or maple syrup to taste. Serve immediately.
200 grams Greek-style yogurt, 2 tablespoons hemp hearts, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon honey, Water or milk to thin as needed

I've never tried keeping this refrigerated for any length of time, but it might do better when stored than a banana smoothie would. I think if you have leftovers the best thing to do is freeze into some kind of mould to make popsicles.
