frozen spinach
~20 grams fresh

avocado
peeled and stone removed

teaspoon
finely grated fresh ginger

ml (1 ¼ cup)
non-dairy milk
or any milk
Instructions
Add the banana, mango, spinach, avocado, ginger, and milk to a blender or blending container (if using an immersion blender).
1 ripe banana,
150 grams (¾ cup) frozen mango,
100 grams (⅔ cup) frozen spinach,
1 ripe avocado,
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger,
300 ml (1 ¼ cup) non-dairy milk
Blend on high speed until very smooth and serve immediately.
