Spinach Pear Smoothie (No Banana)
A great beginner green smoothie, this spinach pear smoothie is made without bananas. It's a little sweet and not too green tasting.

Ingredients

ripe pear
cored and chopped

soft date
pitted

hemp hearts

grams (⅓ cup)
frozen spinach

teaspoon
finely grated fresh ginger

ml (2 ¼ cups)
non-dairy milk
Instructions
Add the pear, date, hemp, spinach, ginger, and milk to a blender or blending container. Mix on high speed until very smooth and serve immediately. I don't recommend storing this smoothie.
