Snacks

Naturally sweetened and dairy-free snack recipes, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. The ultimate easy on-the-go snack, but a bit healthier.

For cake-like bakes that feel like dessert, try this Vegan Chocolate Snack Cake made with whole grain spelt flour and banana, Triple Coconut Bread, or Vegan Raspberry Yogurt Muffins also made with whole grain flour and coconut sugar.

If you don't want to bake, make energy bites! These Walnut Cookie Dough Energy Bites are soft and sweet, with naturally sweeter walnuts. If you'd rather have some chocolate, try Chocolate Hemp Energy Bites with a hint of orange, or go for date-free Fig Snack Bars. All of these are free from added sugar and sweetened only with high-fibre fruit.

Looking for something that will hold up well in a backpack, or can be easily packed for school or work? Trail Mix Cookies are easy to customise and gluten-free, and a Chocolate Orange Chia Parfait can be thrown together in the morning before leaving the house. For something more savoury, whip up a batch of Sourdough Rye and Spelt Crackers.
