Bread

Vegetarian and vegan bread recipes made with spelt flour and other ancient grains. With everything from a Simple Spelt Bread to more complicated braided loaves.

Ultimate beginner recipes include flatbreads like Vegan Spelt Naan, Sweet Potato Flatbread, or unleavened Spelt Tortillas.

For basic loaves, try Honey Oat Bread, Easy Overnight Spelt Rye Bread, or a northern European classic, Overnight Dark Rye Bread.
