Healthy Winter Breakfast Recipes | occasionallyeggs.com

Start your day off right with these plant based healthy winter breakfast recipes! Here’s a mix of the best sweet and savoury, dairy-free breakfasts perfect for cold mornings. I’ve gathered a mix of make-ahead, speedy on the go, and slow morning ideas, with a variety of in-season fruits and veggies. Citrus, root vegetables, hardy greens, and winter fruits are all here, along with all season staples like whole grains.

So if you’re seeking some morning inspiration for breakfasts that’ll make you feel good all day, I’ve got you covered. Need some more ideas? Check out my breakfast archives.
