Spicy Pinto Bean Soup

Recipe Ingredients

olive oil onion potatoes garlic cumin sea salt hot pepper flakes smoked paprika black pepper canned tomatoes water pinto beans

Fry onions

Cook the onions over medium heat until translucent, then add the garlic and potatoes.

Add the spices

Stir the spices through and cook for another minute.

Add tomatoes

Pour in the tomatoes and water, then stir in the beans.


Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked.
