Chia Pudding Recipes to Make Ahead

Chia pudding is a great easy breakfast or snack recipe to make in advance, but it can get a little boring if it’s the same every time. But these chia seed pudding recipes are anything but boring, with strawberry, peanut butter, chocolate, and more in the mix. Most are made with yogurt for an extra protein boost to make the pudding more filling.

All of my chia pudding recipes include suggestions for serving with different types of fruit and other add-ins, so that you have something interesting to grab from the fridge when you need it. Try making some in advance and having quick on-the-go breakfast and snack options for the whole week. All of these recipes are something you can actually look forward to and so much better than plain chia pudding.

Each of these recipes are sweetened with ingredients like whole fruit, honey, and maple syrup. Every one of them has been carefully tested so you’ll see different amounts of milk, yogurt, and fruit or other mix-ins in each to account what’s being added to the base. Substitutions, tips, and storage instructions are included with each.
