No Cook
These no cook recipes are raw or nearly raw, with no cooking or baking time needed. They’re great for hot weather and usually made with plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
For snacks made without any heat, try fig snack bars made with dried figs and seeds, easy sunflower seed energy bites, or smooth chocolate chia mousse.
Salads are an obvious one – but you can have raw salads in summer and winter, too. In warm weather try a refreshing cucumber melon salad. It can be trickier to find ways to get uncooked produce in your diet during the winter months. Make a bright Sicilian-style orange red onion salad, winter kale salad, and one of my favourites, Swedish pizza salad (raw cabbage salad).
