Vegetarian recipes ready in 30 minutes or less, including mains, soups, salads, and even yeast-free bread. You can do a lot with half an hour!

For a speedy meal on the table in half an hour or less, try lemon broccoli pasta, green monster swiss chard frittata, or a summer vegetable Greek chickpea salad.

If you’d like a sweet snack, try speedy date caramels, vegan lemon cranberry muffins, or my favourite almond rye chocolate chip cookies.

You can make a kind of bread in half an hour, really – flatbread made without yeast is ready in the time it takes a curry to cook and makes a great side. Make spelt tortillas, sweet potato flatbread, and no-yeast spelt flatbread.
