I’ve gathered up dozens of my favourite vegan breakfast recipes to make our mornings a bit less monotonous. Here you’ll find a variety, from waffles to crepes to great gluten free options like breakfast cookies. I’ve popped some bread recipes in too so you have several make-ahead options.
