20 plant based breakfast recipes, for a whole grain, fruit and vegetable forward start to the day. With everything from waffles to savoury dishes.
Now that we’re all at home a bit more right now and – when we take away the usual commute – we have more time for breakfast. Hypothetically. I mean, even if you love sleeping in later, it’s easier to move between your computer and kitchen now to make a more interesting breakfast.
With that in mind, I’ve gathered up 20 of my favourite plant based breakfast recipes to make our mornings a bit less monotonous. I’ll be making use of this too because I have been eating plain oatmeal for the past two weeks. (Partly because groceries are low, let’s be real, but partly out of pure laziness.)
Here you’ll find a variety, from waffles to crepes to great GF options like breakfast cookies. I’ve popped some bread recipes in too so you have several make-ahead options. So go, make breakfast more special!
